ASC MANAGERS ACADEMY

Ongoing changes in federal and state regulations, shifts in the economy, payer reimbursement and increasing costs affect the operations and profitability of your surgery center. ASD Management is committed to bringing your nurse manager and business manager the essential news and information necessary for successful surgery center management in these complex times. Because these staff members are the administrative backbone of your center, we also focus on expanding their professional knowledge and skills.

ASD Management has created the ASC Managers Academy to support our administrative directors and business managers. We hold an annual Managers Academy Conference where they can learn from experts within ASD Management, guest speakers, vendors with outstanding new products—and, most importantly, from one another. The conference is an opportunity for them to absorb best practice solutions from other surgery centers that will benefit their home centers.
