Kenna Holzen is an expert in operations, regulatory compliance and managed care contracting of hospital-owned, physician joint ventured and free-standing surgery centers. Previously, she developed and managed a surgery center in Florida, and served as executive director of Travelers in San Diego, executive director of corporate managed care and marketing with Boca Raton Community Hospital and director of managed care in South Florida for HealthTrust.
Kenna earned her graduate degree from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s College in North Windham and has a nursing background from Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She is a long-standing board member and past president of the Florida Society of Ambulatory Surgical Centers, a member of the American Academy of Medical Administrators and the American Academy of Rehabilitation, Orthopedic & Neurological Care Administrators Chapter.
