Melinda directs clinical development and operations for new surgery centers and centers undergoing re-organization and change, often serving as interim nursing director to lead the centers through managed care, state licensure and Medicare surveys. In over 17 years of focused work with surgery centers and hospitals, she has helped these businesses achieve grid scores of 100 on JCAHO surveys, AAAHC certification and top 100 ratings on the Heart Hospital Award.
Melinda earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Texas Tech University and master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Texas in Arlington. She is a certified operating room nurse.
