We developed this ASC with two ORs, as a joint venture between Carson-Tahoe Hospital and a group of physicians. The center also includes physician offices, a pain center and imaging. We supervised the planning, financing, design and implementation of the business and clinical systems, and provide management. The center opened in April 2008 and received accreditation for three years in December 2008.
