Marjorie VincentOver her long and successful career, Marge has been involved in all phases of surgery center and related businesses development in numerous centers throughout the U.S. For both surgery centers and hospitals, she has managed all aspects of business and clinical functions and provided on-site interim management; performed audits to increase operational efficiency; lead the effort for achieving state licensure, Medicare certification and accreditation; and provided oversight of managed care contracting.

Highlights of her career include servings as regional VP at HealthSouth, director of consulting services for Premier Ambulatory Systems, administrator of the Frederick Surgical Center and Bon Secours Ambulatory Surgery Center in Maryland, director of the OR and assistant director of nursing at Southern Maryland Hospital Center, and director of nursing at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.

Marge earned her graduate degree from Loyola College and her RN certificate from St. Agnes School of Nursing, both in Baltimore, MD. At Syracuse University in New York, she attended further MBA training. She is a registered nurse with licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina and California. Her professional associations include the Association of Operating Room Nurses, Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American College of Health Care Executives and the American Academy of Professional Coders.
