Bob focuses on financial issues to support the development of new surgery centers and the turnaround of existing centers. He brings a wealth of surgery center, hospital and health care financial expertise. After a celebrated career in hospital administration and outpatient business development, he founded The Mansfield Group to provide advisory and management services for outpatient care.

He has held senior management positions at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey, Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and Parkway Hospital in New York. On the health care financing end, he has held senior management positions at Merrill Lynch and Copelco Capitol.

Bob is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey, and earned his MBA in health services administration from Wagner College in New York. He has long-standing memberships in the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. In 2005, Today’s Surgicenters magazine placed him on the industry’s list of Who’s Who.
